Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you received it. Laundered clothing is ineligible for returns.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@dreamofthreads.com. From here we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not cover return shipping costs, but to make it easier on our customers we do not have any restocking fees. Please make sure to contact us first initiating the return before sending back the package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
As long as the order is in the same condition as you received it and you contact us within 30 days of receiving, your return will be excepted. It is vital for the clothes to be in unworn/new condition for return. Laundered clothing is also non-returnable. 


Exchanges
Exchanges are also accepted within 30 days. For an exchange, please email us at  contact@dreamofthreads.com to begin the exchange process and include the item(s) you wish to exchange for in the email. You will have to send your order back in and we will reship your new order. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and will go ahead and refund you as long as the order is in new and unworn condition. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
